Sorry, but for now we do not deliver outside of the borders of South Africa. No more unpleasant surprises when paying for your order. When will you receive your order:
Officially delivery takes 3-5 working days, however in certain cases a lot quicker when we have all the items for your order in stock. Orders leave our premises the following working day of your order confirmation and payment validation. Our courier takes on average one to three working days for delivery to major centres and three to five working days for outlying or regional areas. Although we will try and ensure that you receive your order on time, we cannot guarantee it. We kindly request that you ensure you are available at the specified address to receive your order and that you are contactable during business hours so that if issues do arise you can be reached.

We strive to provide the finest quality baby products from trusted brands to your front door hence the reason we are unable to stock each and every item, which means that sometimes, certain items have to be requested from our suppliers direct or because some of our products are made to order.
Should we be out of stock of an item or there is a delay in the product reaching our premises in time, we will notify you and automatically give you the choice to cancel your order if you are not prepared to wait just that little bit longer, but believe us, it’s worth the wait.
Delivery policy
Subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24-hours d and handed over to a courier company for delivery.
The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.

We are strictly an ecommerce business and do not have a showroom. All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse centre or from our suppliers. Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by The Glo Factory is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, The Glo Factory will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied by the Provider or the product is damaged or faulty. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, the Provider will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the products within five (5) days of receipt. In such an instance, the Provider will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned products, but if replacement is not possible, the Provider will refund the purchase price including delivery cost within 7 working days. If a product is reported as faulty after the five (5) days, the unit will be sent back to the distributor for repair or replacement. All manufacturer warranties apply to products bought online at

Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for The Glo Factory via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).


The Glo Factory  takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and The Glo Factory chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
