Orders
If you want to change or cancel your order, please email info@theglofactory.co.zawith your order details as soon as possible and we will try to help. However, there is a high chance that your order has already been passed on to the warehouse, which means that we are unable to make anymore changes.
Your orders might be automatically combined if placed on the same day and shipping to the same address and name.
Please note that the shipping fees for orders that may be combined are non-refundable.
Please note that the products in your order may be split into two (or more) fulfillments. Any orders containing the Mini Beauty Fridge and other skin care products can also arrive at different times.
We recommend checking the email with your tracking link to see if you receive any additional tracking information. If your item is indeed missing or MIA, please reach out to us at info@theglofactory.co.za!
If a parcel is returned to Skin Theory because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of R60 to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct R60 off the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling & postage fees. The Glo Factory is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.

As with any beauty products that are applied to the skin, reactions can occur. If you know you are allergic to certain ingredients, please email us at info@theglofactory.co.zabefore making an order, or check the product descriptions and ingredients lists on our website. It is strongly recommended that you test the product on a small area of your skin first if you are unsure. If any reactions do occur, please discontinue use and seek medical attention if necessary. We apologise in advance if our products do give you an allergic reaction. However, Nudie Glow is not liable of any reactions that you develop and cannot offer replacement products or returns. That, of course, we hope will never happen!
Yes, all our products are 10000% authentic! Whenever you are shopping with Skin Theory, you can be assured that you are always getting authentic or genuine products direct from Korea, that have either been sourced from the brands directly, or from legitimate and trusted distributors.
